Damage Control - Safety Film

Building owners and operators can now protect people and property from the dangers of flying, falling or broken glass with HPWF's range of Safety Films. These films are manufactured from multiple layers of special class polyester film bonded with adhesives to form a heavy guage, high tensile barrier. This is then generally affixed to the inside surface of the glass with a 'super active' pressure mounting silicone adhesive, the characteristics of which are designed to complement the film to form an almost impenetrable barrier. HPWF offer a complete range of films to meet almost any safety or security risk assessment for windows, glass doors and panes.

Safety film can be applied either clear or tinted. The obvious benefit for tinted film is added privacy, but also helps with rejecting heat, reducing glare and blocking out damaging UV rays.
